Qualifications
Proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Customer Satisfaction
Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Working knowledge of standard office software and communication tools
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
