Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet the needs of tenants and owners. Responsibilities include maintaining positive tenant relationships, managing budgets, coordinating property maintenance and repairs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising on-site teams. The Property Manager will work closely with stakeholders to meet both resident and ownership goals while optimizing operational efficiency and property performance.
Qualifications
Experience in Property Management, Facility Management, and Resident Relations
Proficiency in Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Rent Collection
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of property regulations, compliance standards, and lease agreements
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
Experience using property management software tools
Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team effectively
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in property management is needed
