We’re looking for an onsite Customer Service Representative (CSR) who understands the power of a warm welcome, a calm voice, and a well-handled call. Responsibilities

Convert incoming client requests into booked service appointments

Respond to client requests via phone, text and email, resolving issues and promoting the brand

Collaborate with field and office teams to create seamless service experiences

Participate in training to boost booked calls

Maintain and update client database with complete and accurate information

Make outbound calls

Be available for On-Call duties

Qualifications

Highly motivated – friendly, composed, and confident on the phone

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities

A problem solver with analytical skills

A great communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills

IT competent: proficient with computer and phone systems

High school education or equivalent

Two years’ proven track record in customer service, preferred

Rodenhiser Home Services is an equal-opportunity employer committed to fair and equitable pay practices. The expected base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000, based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position. Total compensation is determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses.
