As an Athletic Director, you will play a vital role in shaping a positive and inclusive athletic program that supports student growth, teamwork, and school pride. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of athletic programs while ensuring that students, coaches, and staff uphold high standards of sportsmanship, safety, and academic balance. Through strong leadership and collaboration with school staff, families, and the community, you will create opportunities for student-athletes to build character, develop leadership skills, and thrive both on and off the field. You bring strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a commitment to equity, safety, and sportsmanship in all athletic programs. You value building positive relationships with students, coaches, families, and staff while fostering an environment where student-athletes can grow, compete, and succeed both on and off the field.
