Regional Director of Health and Wellness
– Sisters of Mercy of the Americas Merion Station, PA Salary Range: $125,000 – $165,000 Exempt | Telecommute Eligible | Regional Travel Required (Mid Atlantic) Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision to regional health and wellness teams Develop and implement strategic health and wellness plans Oversee budgets and ensure responsible stewardship of resources Evaluate healthcare facilities, retirement residences, and community resources Ensure compliance, quality improvement, and effective program oversight Collaborate with leadership and Sisters’ Life Ministers to support holistic wellbeing Optimize use of Medicaid, PACE, Waiver Services, and related programs Travel regularly to care centers and community settings Qualifications
