M-F 8am-6pm (must be flexible including weekends on an as needed basis) Pay:
$85-90k (DOE) Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a large condominium community in Sandy Springs. This role is a key leadership position, serving as the primary liaison between residents, staff, vendors, and the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate combines strong management and customer service skills with a professional, approachable demeanor. Manage daily property operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships. Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and cash flow for operational and reserve funds. Process resident requests, violations, work orders, and architectural applications. Ensure compliance with governing documents, contracts, and state regulations. Prepare reports, action plans, and presentations for the Board. Support emergency preparedness and respond to after-hours situations as needed. Qualifications & Requirements: Georgia Real Estate License and Certified Community Association Manager (CAM) certificate required. Minimum 2 years of condominium or community property management experience. Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. Preferred: valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
