Overview
FYKES Realty Group is looking for a
Property Manager & Client Experience Coordinator
who can bring structure, responsiveness, and care to our growing portfolio of clients and rental properties. This role plays a key part in ensuring that property owners feel confident in how their investments are managed while tenants receive timely, professional support. You’ll work closely with leadership while coordinating clients, tenants, vendors, and transactions to keep the business operating efficiently. If you enjoy problem-solving, managing moving pieces, and being the reliable person everyone can count on, this could be a great fit. Responsibilities
Work closely with leadership while coordinating clients, tenants, vendors, and transactions to keep the business operating efficiently. Provide timely, professional support to property owners and tenants. Serve as a reliable point of contact and problem-solver to manage moving pieces. Compensation
Base Salary:
$55,000 – $60,000 (based on experience) On-Target Earnings:
$75,000 – $80,000 Additional benefits include: Paid Time Off Performance-based bonus opportunities Profit Share eligibility Healthcare premium reimbursement Qualifications
