Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Assistant located in San Antonio, TX. The Real Estate Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, supporting real estate agents, managing communications, providing customer service, and organizing property listings and documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle various clerical tasks. Administrative & Operational Support
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry Maintain organized records of property listings, contracts, permits, and client communications Assist with drafting and proofreading real estate documents, contracts, and marketing materials Coordinate meetings, site visits, and inspections with internal teams and external partners Client & Agent Communication
Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for clients, builders, and vendors Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with clarity and professionalism Support real estate agents with listing updates, lead tracking, and follow-up communications Marketing & Listing Management
Help prepare and publish property listings across MLS and marketing platforms Assist with social media content, brochures, signage, and open house coordination Track builder activity, market comps, and feedback to support pricing strategy and outreach Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve documentation clarity Collaborate with leadership to refine internal systems and enhance team efficiency Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal Strong customer service mindset – with a warm, professional demeanor Experience in real estate or administrative support – preferably in residential construction or homebuilding Advanced organizational skills – able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision Tech-savviness – proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, MLS systems, and digital tools for document editing and scheduling Problem-solving ability – resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges Education – High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
