Inside Sales and Customer Services Assistant . Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and to support our exciting growth plans, we require an experienced Inside Sales representative to primarily develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups. This role requires an ability to understand the customers’ needs, identify new sales opportunities and assist the Commercial Sales Managers close sales deals. In addition, the role includes responsibility to assist the Customer Services team in exceeding our customers’ expectations through answering customer questions, resolving concerns and providing information related to product knowledge, product orders and delivery schedules. This role plays an important part in how Lowe & Fletcher UK will deliver its business strategy over the coming years. Candidate Profile You should have substantial experience in Inside Sales with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets year on year in a similar industry. You should be confident in all forms of customer engagement, managing customer queries, and identifying customer requirements. In particular, you are likely to: possess the ability to discuss product features and benefits with customers. be an excellent collaborator, communicator and team player. possess strong negotiation skills.
