Propane Ninja is a Florida-based propane logistics and service company built on professionalism, efficiency, and safety — what we call the Ninja Standard. Propane Ninja is hiring a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to convert inbound residential leads into closed propane service accounts. This is a consultative, homeowner-focused sales role. Most leads are inbound from customers who already have propane equipment and need service established. Your job is to educate, build trust, and guide them to choosing Propane Ninja. This is not a call center. This is not high-pressure sales. This is professional, relationship-based inside sales. Customer Relationship

Answer inbound calls from residential homeowners Educate customers on propane service options (Test & Fill, equipment service) Convert qualified inquiries into active accounts Follow up consistently with undecided prospects Build long-term customer relationships Document activity in CRM (Odoo) Gradually take on higher-value installation and equipment sales opportunities as performance grows Must Have
2+ years of inside sales or counter sales experience Comfortable explaining services to homeowners Experience in a trade , supply or home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building materials, utilities fuel, etc.) Organized and disciplined with follow-up Available full-time in-office (Monday–Friday) This Role Is NOT For:
High-pressure or transactional sales personalities Candidates without trade/service industry experience Those seeking remote work Individuals uncomfortable with performance-based earnings What Success Looks Like in 60 Days
Confidently handling inbound residential leads Closing basic Test & Fill accounts independently Building a clean and organized sales pipeline Demonstrating strong customer communication What We Offer
Commission on closed accounts (uncapped) Typical First-Year Earnings: Basic residential accounts: $750–$850 per month in commission After mastering systems & higher-value accounts: $2,600–$2,800+ per month in commission Top performers grow into higher-ticket equipment and system installation sales.
