R-100111**About the Role**We are seeking a driven, eager to learn Account Associate to join our dynamic Surety team in Jericho, NY.**Key Responsibilities Include*** Manage all administrative service delivery functions including bond issuance, modifications, renewals and cancellations, invoicing, collections, file and database management, and other related activities.* Keep surety filing and database system organized and up to date (Erlon & Applied Epic)* Responsible for accurate and timely billing* Manage the clients’ daily bonding needs, including receipt and review of bond requests.* Maintain ongoing communication with clients and their underwriters to ensure a high level of customer service and with Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure a high level of customer deliverables.* Additional responsibilities as required**Skills & Experience That Lead to Success:*** Data entry experience as well as excellent interpersonal skills are a must* Competence in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Adobe* Task and detail oriented* Team player with demonstrated professional communication and organizational skills**Additional/Preferred Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred* Notary License a plus**What You Can Expect From Us:*** Comprehensive Benefits Package* Collaborative and innovative environment* Culture of continuous learning and professional development* Competitive salary package
