Compensation includes:
$17/hour base pay
Uncapped commission opportunities
Average earnings: $50,000–$60,000 annually
Top performers earn $80,000+ annually

What You\'ll Do As an Outside Sales & Field Marketing Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact between Joyce and homeowners in the community.
Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging homeowners in local neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
Introducing Joyce’s home improvement solutions including windows, sunrooms, baths, and doors
Generating interest and scheduling in-home consultations with our design consultants
Representing the Joyce brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in the field
Tracking daily activity and results through internal systems
Contributing ideas and feedback from the field to improve marketing strategies
Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance goals
