
Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Electrical Services

Seeking an Inside Sales Representative with a background in electrical engineering for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Tampa, FL. Our client is one of the fastest-growing industrial electrical service contractors in the nation, known for delivering high-quality transformer maintenance, electrical testing, electrical construction and distribution system solutions.

Salary is between $90,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)
Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver professional quotes, proposals, and scopes of work for electrical services. Collaborate with engineering and field teams to ensure accurate technical details in proposals. Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups. Support Outside Sales team with lead qualification, scheduling, and documentation. Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities. Stay current on industry trends, products, and services relevant to company offerings. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Self-motivated with a desire to grow into a client-facing sales role.
