Salesforce Administrator
for a direct-hire role focused on the enterprise administration of Salesforce across a highly respected global organization. Position Summary
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing administration of Salesforce solutions that support client relationships and key business operations. This role will also focus on expanding Financial Services Cloud platform capabilities, improving workflow automation, and ensuring that Salesforce environments remain secure, stable, and aligned with operational and regulatory requirements. The position works closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate operational needs into scalable platform solutions while supporting system utilization, controlled release management, and platform governance. Key Responsibilities
Configure and extend Salesforce functionality, specifically Financial Services Cloud (FSC), using custom objects, automation flows, validation rules, Lightning components, and dynamic user interfaces. Support relationship and client lifecycle management capabilities including structures, relationships, and workflows. Develop and deliver dashboards, reporting frameworks, and automated processes that improve operational visibility and advisor productivity. Maintain platform security through role hierarchies, sharing rules, and field-level permissions aligned with governance and compliance requirements. Partner with advisory, operational, and compliance teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce FSC solutions. Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements through Salesforce automation and best practice configurations. Support release management processes including metadata deployment, sandbox environment coordination, and structured testing cycles. Validate system updates and ensure adherence to change management and deployment governance procedures. Maintain strong data governance practices including duplicate management, data integrity controls, and auditability standards. Ensure platform configurations support internal architecture principles, regulatory oversight, operational parameters, and compliance monitoring. Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience administering Salesforce with a preference for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Salesforce Administrator certification or training desired; advanced Salesforce certifications are a plus. Strong experience configuring Salesforce Flows, validation rules, Lightning components, and other platform automation capabilities. Experience working with Financial Services Cloud or similar industry-specific Salesforce solutions preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or similar platforms. Experience working in financial services, banking, wealth, investment, or similar is a plus beneficial. Comprehension of enterprise business systems, platform architecture, and scalable solution design. Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance considerations within highly regulated enterprise platforms. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across executive, technical, and operational stakeholders. Additional Details
