Director of Growth Marketing
exists to scale awareness, acquisition, and engagement so more people can access affordable, high-quality healthcare. In this role, you will: Serve
members, prospective members, and internal teams by driving sustainable growth through data-driven marketing Be responsible for
paid acquisition performance, full-funnel optimization, and marketing efficiency Directly impact

In this role, you will: Own:
Paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, managing a ~$100K/month budget Support:
Full-funnel growth initiatives across traffic, conversion, nurture, and sales enablement Collaborate with:
Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to ensure aligned messaging and accurate attribution Improve:
Visibility into CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel performance through clear, actionable dashboards Advocate for:
A data-driven, customer-first approach that balances growth, efficiency, and long-term value A strong performer in this role is known for: Making data approachable and actionable
for stakeholders Testing, learning, and iterating quickly
while staying focused on outcomes Consistently delivering measurable growth and ROI How Success Is Measured
Success in this role is measured by: Improved CAC/LTV clarity and performance Increased qualified lead volume and conversion rates Leadership confidence in dashboards and reporting Strong cross-functional collaboration
and reduced reliance on external agencies What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who: 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or demand generation (B2C or B2B2C preferred). Proven success scaling paid acquisition at $100K+/month spend. Expertise with Meta and Google Ads, funnel analytics, and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred). Deep understanding of attribution, ROAS modeling, and data-driven decision-making. Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
