Saviynt just announced a $700M Series B led by KKR, valuing the company at $3 Billion. We are entering a hyper-growth phase to establish Identity Security as the foundation for the AI era. We are seeking a strategic, high-impact Corporate Events Manager to own the stage. This is a leadership role focused on creating experiences that define our brand for 20% of the Fortune 100 and the world’s elite security leaders. The Mission

From the high-octane energy of Sales Kickoff (SKO) to the exclusive luxury of Winner’s Circle, and the scale of RSA and Black Hat, you will design and deliver end-to-end experiences that dominate the conversation. Your Playbook: What You Will Own Strategic Event Planning & Execution Own end-to-end planning and execution for Saviynt’s flagship events, including User Conference and regional Sales Kickoff (SKO) Revenue Leadership Meetings (quarterly/bi-annual) Winner’s Circle / President’s Club programs Tier-1 industry tradeshow executive engagements (e.g., RSA Conference, Identiverse, Black Hat) Create detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documentation Industry Tradeshow Management Oversee ancillary programs including executive meetings, customer dinners, partner events, and hospitality suites Ensure consistent brand presence, messaging, and premium attendee experience across all shows Vendor & Budget Management Lead venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management (AV, production, booth vendors, agencies, travel, gifting) Own event budgets, cost controls, and post-event ROI analysis Balance cost efficiency with high-quality, on-brand execution Experience Design & Logistics Design engaging, memorable experiences that motivate sales teams and attract prospects Oversee registration, travel coordination, room blocks, on-site staffing, and contingency planning Ensure flawless onsite execution across multiple concurrent programs Measurement & Continuous Improvement Deliver post-event reporting and insights to stakeholders Continuously improve processes, templates, and best practices across internal and external events WHAT YOU BRING:

You are a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with a proven track record of getting things done and delivering exceptional prospect experiences. 5–8+ Years of Battle-Tested Experience:

Led large-scale B2B events for high-growth tech companies and owned them. The SKO Playbook:

Proven track record of managing complex internal sales events and incentive programs affecting culture and performance. Executive Presence:

Comfortable advising C-suite leaders and thriving in high-pressure environments. A "Design-First" Mindset:

Comfortable tracking every dollar for ROI. $130,000 - $160,000 a year We offer a competitive total rewards package and opportunities to grow. Final compensation decisions depend on location, skills, experience, and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 - $120,000 annually.
