Territory Manager, MCALLEN TX NEURO 200138 Lilly's ongoing research and commercial efforts in Neuroscience present an exciting opportunity. There is a significant, growing, and unmet need across key players. Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a leading cause of death in the US, with increasing mortality and no known cure. We aim to work with patients, care partners, healthcare providers, payers, healthcare systems, and colleagues to advance care for AD. Kisunla™, born from decades of research, represents a breakthrough opportunity to treat AD early, slow progression, and help patients maintain who they are for longer. Our strategy
includes: Create Public Awareness of Amyloid; Drive Urgent Detection of AD amongst PCPs; Refer to AD Specialists; Accelerate Accurate Diagnoses; Initiate Treatment and win with Kisunla™; Create a Frictionless Patient Experience. Position Description The AD ecosystem must flow smoothly for patients, information, and product to drive urgency in detecting, diagnosing, and treating Alzheimer’s disease. There are multiple steps, stakeholders, and ecosystems that vary by geography and health system to support patient care. The Territory Manager will drive complex brand strategies across the portfolio, creating urgency for patient care in multiple healthcare settings and specialties (e.g., Neurologist, Primary Care, and healthcare systems). Qualified individuals will work compliantly across Medical, Payer and Field Reimbursement teams, influencing systems of care and identifying referral networks. Key Deliverables
Significant account management and sales experience Successfully promote the full portfolio across multiple specialties and healthcare systems Optimize a data-driven approach and other technologies to accelerate reach and scale, meet customer needs, and drive business results Support positive infusion and infusion monitoring experiences by ensuring all stakeholders are trained and equipped to infuse safely and effectively Help build a healthy AD care ecosystem by identifying and influencing formal and informal referral networks across stakeholders and health systems Drive consistent ways of working within the regional healthcare market to meet customer needs Job Responsibilities Develop understanding of customer/practice dynamics, priorities, stakeholders, and goals for the brand target patient Welcome innovative thinking, differing perspectives, and external information Demonstrate Lilly values and TEAM LILLY behaviors, positively influencing team culture Earn reputation as subject-matter expert and valued resource Engage with leading thought leaders and clinical experts Anticipate, embrace, and adapt to changes in the external environment Test, learn, and iterate new approaches to customers and build a sustainable AD care ecosystem Educate customers on target patient, efficacy, safety, and overall treatment experience Leverage account management to understand patient, product, and monetary flows when referred for advanced AD diagnostics or infusion Determine needs and pain points for HCPs, patients, and care settings in local territory Deliver results through execution excellence, business ownership, and technology to accelerate reach and scale Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Professional certification or license required to perform in this position if required by state Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not sponsor work authorization or visas for this role Additional Preferences
Strong preference for candidates with at least three years in a field-facing role or relevant experience (e.g., institutional healthcare account management) Live inside geography or within 30 miles of geography boundaries; relocation not required Proficiency in local dialects Proven top performance in account-based selling Experience in Alzheimer's disease, Diagnostics, Neuroscience/Neurology, or related area Clinical background in Alzheimer’s Disease or diagnostics Ability to explain complex clinical studies Buy and Bill experience Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and develop actionable plans Strong analytics and strategic thinking; ability to navigate ambiguity Ability to work cross-functionally to drive results Resilience and problem-solving capability MBA or advanced degree (e.g., Pharmacy, RN, MPH) or certification (e.g., PET/CT) Preference for candidates able to participate in established training dates and the April National Meeting EEO and Accommodation Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to engage in the workforce.
