Senior Client Growth & Engagement Manager , you will engage with professionals who are evaluating structured leadership and personal development programmes. Through thoughtful conversations and clear information sharing, you will help individuals determine whether these development pathways align with their goals. The role focuses on relationship based engagement, professional dialogue, and guiding individuals through a structured evaluation process.

What You Will Do

Engage with professionals who have expressed interest in leadership and personal development programmes

Conduct structured conversations to understand individual goals, motivations, and development objectives

Share programme information and digital learning resources to support informed decision making

Guide individuals through a clear evaluation and onboarding process

Build trusted professional relationships through thoughtful dialogue and credibility

Work within established engagement systems and communication frameworks

Participate in ongoing learning sessions and professional collaboration

Ideal Candidate Profile

7 or more years of professional experience in areas such as business development, recruitment, client engagement, account management, HR, or leadership roles

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted professional relationships

Self motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment
