Louis Vuitton is seeking a high-caliber, commercially minded Asset Protection Manager to join our powerhouse Maison on Rodeo Drive in the heart of Beverly Hills. This role requires a thorough understanding of high-volume risk management and a proven ability to lead asset protection operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Asset Protection is a critical component of our business. The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day protection of store assets and executing asset protection strategies to reduce shrink, elevate safety, and support the store’s overall success. Responsibilities
Oversee daily Asset Protection operations to safeguard employees, clients, product, and property while implementing and enforcing strategies to mitigate shrink and strengthen safety practices. Lead, coach, and develop the Asset Protection team and train the broader store team on safety and loss prevention best practices. Partner with the Store Director as a senior management resource, providing guidance and innovative solutions to complex asset protection challenges, while ensuring consistent documentation, reporting, and communication of incidents, trends, and action plans, and supporting the effective use and maintenance of security technology and related processes. The successful candidate will bring senior-level Asset Protection leadership experience, strong business partnership capabilities, and a hands-on approach to protecting people, product, and the Louis Vuitton brand. Expert knowledge of asset protection standards, procedures, and risk controls Proven experience leading investigations (W-Z or CFI certification strongly preferred) Strong people leadership and security supervision experience Advanced organizational, reporting, and analytical skills; advanced Excel/computer proficiency Experience with security systems and tools (CCTV/alarm systems strongly preferred) Ability to travel as needed and work a flexible schedule The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $105,000 - $115,000 plus the opportunity for commission, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions Additional information
