Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach:
Identify potential vehicle sellers through calls, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
Vehicle Appraisals:
Inspect vehicles, document condition, take photos, and utilize valuation tools and systems
Pricing & Offers:
Collaborate with management to determine vehicle values and present purchase offers
Vehicle Acquisition:
Source vehicles through service drives, private sellers, trade-ins, and auctions
Inventory Strategy:
Maintain a consistent supply of high-quality used vehicles to support retail and wholesale demand
Market Research:
Monitor market conditions and trends to make informed purchasing decisions
Customer Experience:
Deliver a professional, transparent, and positive experience for customers selling their vehicles
Qualifications
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn vehicle features, values, and market dynamics
Professional appearance and conduct
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening
