Overview Toyota of Tampa Bay is searching for an Automotive Service Advisor. We write over 6,000 repair orders per month and are looking to strengthen our service team with an experienced advisor.
Responsibilities
Assist service customers, document vehicle issues, and coordinate repairs and owner communication.
Support a high-volume service department and contribute to efficient shop operations.
Utilize company processes and software to manage service workflows and ensure customer satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits
Up to
$200,000
annual earning potential based on performance
Up to
$10,000
annual earned production bonus paid during the holidays for all service advisors*
Up to
$5,000
relocation/moving expense reimbursement*
Up to
$8,000 + in potential spiff earnings annually based on key product sales and initiatives
Regular incentive-based contests with prizes (vacation packages, cruises, cash, electronics, etc.)
