Position Summary Aul Financial Group is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator to support marketing operations, event execution, and client communications. This full-time role includes:
A training period working directly with our Marketing Director
A 4–5 month maternity leave coverage phase
A long-term, event-focused marketing role after maternity leave.
This position also requires working at after-hours events approximately 4–6 nights per month as part of our dinner seminars and client event schedule.
We are looking for someone to serve as the on-site eyes and ears for our remote Marketing Director, ensuring our seminars, client events, and in-office marketing presence remain consistent, polished, and aligned with company branding.
Role Timeline & Structure Phase 1:
Training & Onboarding (Pre Maternity Leave)
Learn brand standards, workflows, and marketing systems directly from the Marketing Director.
Phase 2:
Maternity Leave Coverage (Approx. May–September/October)
Manage key marketing functions, including newsletters, social media preparation, website updates, event prep, and client review outreach.
Phase 3:
Permanent Role (Post Maternity Leave)
Shift into a long-term role focused on event coordination, on-site branding, and social media content creation.
Key Responsibilities Maternity Leave Coverage Responsibilities:
Event & Seminar Assistance – Support communications and planning for client appreciation events.
Mailers & Administrative Support – Assist with seminar mailers and general marketing housekeeping tasks.
Newsletter Production – Build weekly newsletters in Levitate using provided templates; update content, submit for compliance approval, and ensure timely distribution.
Client Review Outreach – Monitor CRM tasks, contact clients due for annual reviews, document outreach efforts, and schedule appointments.
Social Media & Content Assistance – Process advisor videos, radio clips, podcast segments; update YouTube thumbnails and assist with basic uploads; coordinate with the social media team.
Website Blog Management – Upload and format weekly articles and content on the company blog using provided materials.
Long Term Responsibilities:
Event Coordination
Serve as the primary on-site coordinator for seminars and client events
Work after-hours events 4–6 nights per month (typically evenings)
Handle setup, execution, and takedown
Ensure cohesive branding across materials, signage, and event atmosphere
Liaise with venues, vendors, and internal teams
Represent the Marketing Department at all St. Louis events
In-Office Marketing Presence
Act as the local point person for the remote Marketing Director
Maintain in-office brand standards
Identify content opportunities and support seasonal initiatives
Social Media & Content Creation
Capture photos, short videos, and behind-the-scenes content
Assist with Canva graphics and short-form video creation using Opus Clips
Collaborate with the social media contractor/team on campaigns
General Marketing Support
Continue client review outreach on an ongoing basis
Assist with newsletters, blog posts, mailers, and client communications
Participate in new marketing initiatives and special projects
Qualifications •
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Ability to manage weekly deadlines and shifting priorities.

Comfortable learning and working within systems such as:
CRM platform (WealthBox)
WordPress
Canva
Opus Clips

Friendly, professional phone presence for client outreach.

Experience supporting events, hospitality, marketing, or administration is helpful but not required.

Comfortable setting up basic AV equipment for meetings and presentations.

Ability to lift event materials and assist with setup/takedown when needed.
