This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Manager (T, Th in office; MWF remote work). The digital marketing manager will be responsible for implementing and managing M&B Sciences social media marketing campaigns, utilizing web analytics to track campaign progress, conducting online marketing activities, and effectively communicating with the team and clients. Requirements
Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. Proven ability to create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools. Monitor M&B Sciences social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment and industry trends. Proven ability to conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach. Experience with web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance. Plan and execute paid effective advertising campaigns. Strong writing ability and ensuring content accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication. A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Health Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience. Preferences
Experience marketing in healthcare Experience with CMS (content management systems) and design tools and systems (Figma) is a plus.
