Field Marketing Manager
to lead field marketing efforts within their assigned territory. This role is ideal for a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, enjoys building and motivating teams, and is passionate about creating memorable brand experiences that drive growth for a rapidly expanding home improvement company.
What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field marketing team within your territory
Plan, manage, and execute strategic field marketing initiatives to generate high-quality sales leads
Oversee the event calendar, including scheduling, logistics, execution, and post-event performance analysis
Represent Bath & Cabinet Experts’ exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements
Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, confidently showcasing
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel
and
Skybrook Kitchen
products and services
Engage with prospective customers through professional, consultative conversations
Support sales growth by following up on leads and scheduling qualified sales appointments
Assist with additional marketing initiatives, including outbound calls and lead nurturing
Track, analyze, and report event performance to optimize future marketing strategies
Support new market launches and assist with training and onboarding new team members as needed
Who You Are:
Energetic, outgoing, and confident engaging with diverse audiences
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
Prior leadership or field marketing experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally with branded marketing materials
