This Manager role assists with prioritizing the strategic approach, planning, and performance for Thomson Reuters demand generation within the
Corporates segment for the United States and Europe , delivering on the unique customer needs of these significant markets to ultimately drive
marketing-attributed sales, revenue, and growth . We are seeking an
experienced, digitally savvy, and data-driven leader
to drive robust and integrated marketing strategies across the US market. This is a
strategic and cross-functional role
that will work closely with the
Director of Marketing Strategy, sales leadership, and multiple marketing functions . The role requires: Strong planning abilities Cross-functional leadership skills A self-motivated mindset About the Role
In this opportunity as the
Manager, Corporates Marketing Strategy , you will: Develop a deep understanding of the
Corporates segment’s go-to-market strategies, insights, personas, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence , translating business goals into marketing strategies. Assist in the
creation, planning, and activation of innovative marketing strategies
for the US and EU segments, with a strong focus on campaigns targeting
buying groups . Partner closely with
sales and product marketing teams
to build strategies and plans that drive
sales pipeline growth . Collaborate across the
broader marketing organization
to bring strategies to life through thoughtful planning, integrated content, and effective demand generation programs. Deliver marketing strategies that fuel the
sales funnel and generate new pipeline , from
marketing-qualified leads through closed sales . Forecast, measure, analyze, and report
the impact of campaigns and demand generation activities on marketing pipeline, sales pipeline, revenue, and demand funnel velocity. Continuously
monitor performance data for assigned sub-segments , deriving insights and action items for leadership and key stakeholders across the business. About You
Hybrid role
based out of
Minneapolis–St. Paul (MSP) preferred 6+ years of experience
in
event, digital, and growth marketing , with a strong understanding of marketing frameworks and channel mix activation Strong
leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
across multiple levels and functions ABM (Account-Based Marketing) experience and industry knowledge
are a plus Deep understanding of
