How you\'ll make an impact
Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions. Collaborate with producers and team members to identify new business opportunities and drive sales. Use industry tools and technologies to support sales efforts and deliver excellent client service. Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and they remain satisfied with our services. Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment, helping others succeed while achieving your own goals.
About You
Here’s what you will bring to the role: A bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of related experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience. A passion for helping clients and solving problems. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communicationskills to explain complex ideas in simple terms. A commitment to ethical practicesand doingwhat’sright.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
