272843Las Vegas, Nevada**The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International****THE JOB:**It is the responsibility of the Senior Manager Wine – Food & Beverage to oversee and develop all property wine programs, from collaborating with sourcing, inventory, policies and standard-operating-procedures to training, onboarding and development of all wine team personnel. The Senior Manager will plan and implement programs in partnership with Food & Beverage leadership to also include signature events and maintaining the highest standards of service with respect to guest experience, Gold+ and Noir tiers and evaluations from Forbes Travel Guide and the Marriott Brand Standards Assessment.**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Support all venues in the training and onboarding of all Front-of-House managers. Provide ongoing training and standardization.* Develop and standardize operating procedures for all administrative wine functions in partnership with Warehouse, Strategic Sourcing and Financial Planning & Analysis partners.* Audit all menus for accuracy of pricing and compliance with Corporate Wine agreements and programming.
