InDev is seeking Intelligence Analysts to support a federal law enforcement client by conducting investigative data analysis, research, and reporting that supports operational decision making. This role focuses on analyzing data from multiple sources, developing analytical products, and supporting enforcement operations through clear and actionable intelligence reporting. Staffing for this role may include the supporting operational coverage (e.g., day shift/swing shift/night shift) during evenings, weekends, holidays, or night shifts depending on mission requirements. Locations available are Williston, VT and Santa Ana, CA. Relocation assistance may be available. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, experience working with investigative or intelligence data, and the ability to clearly communicate findings through reports and visualizations. YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct investigative research and data analysis using open and commercially available data sources, investigative tools, and internal databases. Produce analytical reports that summarize findings and support enforcement and investigative activities. Prepare analytical packages that consolidate research, data findings, and intelligence insights for operational use. Automate data ingestion and report generation processes using scripting and analytical tools. Perform network analysis, entity resolution, data cleansing, data enrichment, and structured data processing to support investigative analysis. QUALIFICATIONS

U.S. Citizen; Active Top-Secret Clearance or DHS Public Trust Clearance. 2+ years of experience conducting intelligence research, social media analysis, investigative data analysis, commercially enabled intelligence analysis, or similar. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to tailor and present information across multiple stakeholders, from front line detailed reports to executive summaries. Ability to synthesize data across multiple, disparate sources to develop a cohesive pattern of activity. Exposure to traditional and modern tools and techniques to enhance data discovery, searches, and results. Experience identifying key targeting indicators, subject identifiers, and officer safety considerations through investigative data analysis. Experience conducting associate and network analysis to identify subject locations, affiliations, and changes in identifiers. Experience supporting high-tempo investigative operations with the ability to meet defined lead development and enhancement timelines. Exposure to modern automation tools and techniques. Foreign language proficiency in one or more of the following is strongly desired: Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, Arabic, or other. Experience with immigration, border security and criminal justice laws, regulations, and policies. Experience processing and analyzing data using tools such as Python, SQL, or other data querying and data processing languages. Clearance:
