Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the digital infrastructure and operational systems that power marketing across ~30 locations for Central Rock Gym. This is a detail-oriented, technically minded role responsible for website management, local search visibility, listings accuracy, reporting, and scalable marketing processes.

This role blends marketing execution with systems thinking. The ideal candidate is comfortable working inside CMS platforms, managing structured data, improving workflows, and using automation, AI, and technology to increase efficiency and performance. Success in this role means building reliable, repeatable systems that improve discoverability, conversion, and engagement across all gyms.

Core Responsibilities Website & Digital Platform Management

Own day-to-day administration of the CRG website and membership pricing widgets in our member management system, Rock Gym Pro

Build pricing widgets, landing pages, content publishing, QA

Maintain accurate location data, schedules, program offerings, and landing pages

Create and update conversion-focused pages (classes, camps, parties, promotions)

Ensure all registration, booking, and checkout experiences function reliably and convert effectively across locations

Implement SEO best practices (metadata, schema, internal linking, structured content)

Monitor site performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics; recommend UX and funnel improvements

Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI tools to streamline updates and workflows

Listings Management & Local SEO

Manage and standardize business listings across all platforms (Google Business Profiles, Apple Maps, Yelp, etc.)

Maintain structured, consistent NAP data, hours, photos, categories, and services

Optimize listings for search visibility and conversion

Track local search performance and identify trends by location/season

Partner with Growth/SEO to execute improvements at scale

Reviews & Reputation Operations

Support local GMs in monitoring and responding to reviews across platforms using standardized brand guidelines

Implement review generation programs and in-gym prompts

Analyze sentiment and feedback trends; provide reporting and actionable insights to Ops

Escalate and support resolution of issues affecting ratings or experience

Marketing Data & Reporting

Support Growth team in tracking core KPIs (traffic, leads, listing performance, engagement, reputation metrics)

Use data from Rock Gym Pro to inform prioritization and decision-making

Field Marketing Systems & Programs

Support execution of corporate, residential, and community marketing initiatives

Develop scalable toolkits and materials for local use

Coordinate outreach tracking, follow-ups, and reporting

Ensure consistency of messaging and representation across locations

Intake & Workflow Management

Own the intake process for field marketing requests

Triage, prioritize, and route work across teams

Build scalable processes, templates, and SOPs

Website content is accurate, optimized, and easy to update

Listings are consistent and highly visible in local search

Reporting provides clear, actionable insights

Field requests are handled efficiently through repeatable systems

Marketing operations run smoothly with minimal manual overhead

Requirements

3+ years in marketing operations, digital marketing, or multi-location marketing support

Experience managing CMS platforms and structured content

Familiarity with SEO, local listings, and reputation tools

Strong systems thinking and process design mindset

Comfortable working with data and performance metrics

Keen interest in improving workflows with automation or AI tools

Skills & Tools

CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow or similar)

Listings/reputation tools (Yext or similar)

Member management experience (Rock Gym Pro preferred)

Project management tools (Asana, Monday, Airtable, etc.)

Google Analytics / Looker Studio or similar

Spreadsheets & reporting

Canva/Adobe for light production work

Nice to Have

Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or membership businesses

Multi-location or franchise marketing experience

Print production and vendor coordination

Local SEO at scale
