At Regions, the Corporate Communications Multimedia Producer supports the planning and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events across the organization. This role is primarily focused on event production execution, including run-of-show support, presentation playback, streaming platforms, and on-site AV coordination. This position also contributes to executive-level PowerPoint presentation development and supporting multimedia assets.
Primary Responsibilities
Supports live, virtual, and hybrid events including AV setup, testing, operation, and strike
Operates and optimizes presentation playback, microphones, lighting cues, streaming feeds, and related event technologies
Assists with run‑of‑show execution, speaker rehearsals, presenter coordination, and real‑time troubleshooting
Administers collaboration and streaming platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, and OBS
Coordinates on‑site logistics with presenters, event leads, facilities teams, and external vendors
Develops polished PowerPoint presentations to ensure clarity, proper formatting, and event readiness
Supports live slide advancement, cueing, and overall presentation flow during events
Creates and modifies event visuals including motion graphics, animated slides, title cards, and lower thirds
Prepares visual and video assets for LED screens, confidence monitors, live streams, playback, and distribution
Maintains organized project files, event documentation, schedules, and version control using Microsoft 365 tools
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Five (5) years of experience supporting live, virtual, or hybrid events in corporate, agency, or production environments
Require some travel
Preferences
Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Technical Production, or related field
Skills and Competencies
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-oriented in live production environments
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of timing and audience experience
Familiarity with motion graphics and video tools such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
Professional demeanor when supporting senior leaders and high-visibility events
Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Strong interest in live event production and technical execution
Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint in live-event and executive presentation environments
This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being for Birmingham, AL. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.
Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
