Overview
Archi-pix is a real estate media company seeking to expand our team of contracted part-time photographers in Alabama. Flexible schedule and competitive pay for motivated individuals. No photo editing required.
If you are looking for a position as a professional photographer, this could be the job for you. No prior real estate photography experience is required. Photographers are paid by the shoot. Typical pay range is $60–$200 per shoot (dependent on the client package and occasionally higher). Each appointment typically takes about an hour or less, and photographers may have up to 4–5 appointments per day.
Responsibilities
Photograph assigned properties as part of real estate media packages.
Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and support staff.
Adhere to comprehensive photography guidelines and adapt to evolving requirements.
Upload large files promptly using an internet connection and laptop capable of fast transfers.
Manage local market assignments on weekdays and occasionally on weekends.
Requirements / Qualifications
1–2 years of professional photography experience required.
Professional-grade camera with full-frame sensor, at least 24 MP, and a professional-grade tripod.
Wide-angle zoom lens (12–24 mm or 14–24 mm).
No APS-C sensors.
A professional drone (FAA Part 107 certification or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation.
Strong computer skills.
Knowledge of bracketing (covered in training).
Ability to adapt to our photography guidelines.
Internet connection and laptop suitable for quickly uploading large files.
Availability to take on assignments in your local market Monday–Friday and occasionally on weekends.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to maintain a professional demeanor with clients and support staff.
Well-organized, motivated, with attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
Receptive and accommodating to constructive feedback.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and technology.
Team members will need to register as an LLC.
Additional Information All team members are trained in photography, videography, 3D tour technology and are FAA Part 107 certified drone operators. Drone, video and 3D tour experience are a plus, but we are willing to train the right individuals. If you are not already FAA certified, you will have to take a written test for FAA certification within your first 30 days. Archi-Pix will reimburse your testing fee upon successful completion of the test.
