Overview
Landscape Designer (Spurlock Landscape Architects; San Diego, California): Under the supervision of licensed architects who hold the position of Principal and Project Manager, perform the following duties: Produce drawings, using Computer Aided Design and by hand. Draft landscaping plans and details for projects such as parks and other recreational facilities, hospitals, schools, land subdivisions, and commercial, industrial and residential sites. Confer and coordinate with design team on overall site opportunities, constraints and program. Compile and analyze data on such site conditions as geographic location, solid vegetation, rock features, drainage, and location of structures for preparation of site assessment reports and development of landscape plans. Prepare site plans and details for site development showing ground contours, vegetation, location of structures, and such facilities as roads, walks, parking areas, fences, walls, and utilities. Prepare digital models of existing and proposed site conditions to assist in study of landscape design. Coordinate arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures. Work Arrangement
Hybrid position: Allows work from home 1 half day per week within San Diego County. Compensation
Salary: $84,198 (min) to $84,198 (max) per year Location
