About the Sr. Account Executive role:
The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue by converting enterprise and high-value leads into longtime customers. The Senior AE is a natural leader, ambitious performer and is responsible for a higher quota. The Sr. AE builds relationships and offers exceptional recommendations that result in large ongoing contracts. On top of being a skilled communicator, the Sr. AE meets opportunities with urgency and enthusiasm, is highly organized and able to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously. This role innovates by learning what enterprise customers need and creates customized scopes to earn their business. This person oversees a Book of Business (“Book”) worth $1.25M - $1.75M. This is a full time position located in Minnesota, Texas, or Denver and reports to the CEO. About soona:

Develops and grows a personal book of business to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets consistently with a focus on medium sized accounts. Successfully handles all day-today needs of an account from proposal to strategic purchasing process. Identifies opportunities for account expansion, upsell, and cross-sell across your portfolio and has a track record of growing accounts 1.5-2x via upsells and strategic partnerships. Collaborates with other departments to support enterprise needs and create new products/processes where needed. Set an example via stellar performance & coaching support for team Effectively passes off all previous knowledge to account & shoot teams to ensure success report on data, providing insights to evolve the sales strategy to engage audiences and potential customers more effectively Has experience:
3+ years sales and revenue-driving experience Selling $30k+ contracts Scoping enterprise photo & video production Testing, establishing and improving processes that increase efficiency and revenue Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Analytical mindset, skilled at data and reporting analysis thrives in a fast-pace, ever-changing startup environment B.A. preferred (in relevant field of business, marketing, communication) Proficient with G Suite, Hubspot, Slack as well as social media platforms Access to a reliable internet connection We can offer:
Starting base salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 On-target earnings (OTE): $160,000 - $180,000 (includes base salary plus additional performance-based incentives/commission) Benefits & perks, flexible PTO, intentional culture
