Overview
Westwind Recovery is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our referral network and support admissions to our Mental Health treatment programs. This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with hospitals, physicians, therapists, behavioral health providers, and community organizations. The Business Development Representative will promote Westwind's programs, educate referral partners on levels of care and admission criteria, and collaborate closely with the Admissions and Clinical teams to ensure appropriate patient placements. Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys networking, building professional relationships, and representing an organization within the healthcare community. Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare marketing is preferred. Travel
This position requires travel to referral partner locations and participation in professional and community outreach events.
