Social Media Manager , you will be part of the
Social & Influencer team
supporting
studio executives, developers, and cross-function al marketing partners .

What’s the Job?
Craft, edit, and publish social media content for executives and developers, ensuring authenticity and alignment with Mojang’s tone and values.
Develop and execute personalized social strategies that support franchise moments, community conversations, and cultural topics.
Monitor community sentiment, trends, and engagement to provide insights and recommendations.
Partner closely with Marketing, PR/Comms, Community, and Game Development teams to align messaging and activity.
Support engagement and light moderation needs during busy moments across social platforms.
What’s Needed?
5+ years of experience managing social presence for executives, creators, developers, or high‑visibility individuals.
Exceptional understanding of social platforms, gaming communities, and online conversation dynamics.
Strong social copywriting skills with the ability to write in multiple authentic voices.
Experience analyzing engagement, sentiment, and community feedback to inform social strategy.
Ability to influence without authority and work effectively with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
