Key Responsibilities • Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process • Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all customers • Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives • Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle features, inventory, and current promotions • Follow up with customers and prospects through phone, email, and text communication • Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business • Work with the finance department to complete vehicle purchases • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets • Participate in ongoing dealership training and sales meetings Qualifications • Fluent in English and Spanish (required) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Professional appearance and positive attitude • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Sales experience is a plus but not required • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Benefits Minimum Salary: $50,000.00 Maximum Salary: $150,000.00 Health Insurance Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Long-Term Disability Short-Term Disability Company Information: Butler Toyota Jacksonville is a new and used car dealership offering Toyota vehicles, automotive service, parts, and financing to customers in Jacksonville, Florida.
