Loan Servicing Specialist
The Loan Servicing Specialist team is responsible for the post closing review of consumer and commercial loans including commercial and commercial real estate loans. The loans range from small business to large complex commercial loans including participations, syndications, construction, practice, agricultural, aircraft, energy, bonds, capital markets and other specialty lending. How you'll spend your time: You will monitor consumer and commercial loan exceptions including obtaining necessary documentation to clear exceptions. You will review loan documentation to update exceptions and breakdown of loan files for imaging. You will determine loan documents conformance with approval, regulation, established policies and procedures. You will interpret business organization documents You will independently identify exceptions during the review process and load to exception system You will research and resolve exceptions with the goal to remove exception You will oversee management of Bank's collateral in vendor platform You will handle inquiries from internal business partners You will communicate with loan officers, internal business partners, third parties, etc. Other duties as assigned We're excited to talk with you if: You have 3 years of loan experience (consumer or commercial) You have a High school diploma or equivalent Compensation Range: $33,920.00 - $65,380.00 The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB's standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
