Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and continuously refining sales techniques Deliver exceptional customer service and greet members with a smile, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns Ensure strong member retention through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and a seamless member experience Qualifications
Experience or background in sales (preferred) Training provided Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others Willingness to learn new skills About Stretch Zone
Using our patented equipment, Stretch Zone practitioners follow specific protocols to help our members experience an increase in athletic performance, improved range of motion, reduced stiffness, and enhanced reaction time. A career with Stretch Zone means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one's expertise and to advance the industry. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
