Provide visionary leadership for the entire IT division, setting strategic direction, objectives, and priorities Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering their growth and development Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, software development, and support services Develop and execute the IT strategy, ensuring that technology investments align with business needs Collaborate with executive leadership to drive technology innovation and digital transformation initiatives Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT systems and infrastructure Qualifications
You must have: 8+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, including 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity. Proven track record of managing large IT teams and budgets. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. We value: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Industry certifications, such as CISSP, CIO, or ITIL. Experience in driving digital transformation and innovation initiatives. Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends. Strong project and vendor management skills. Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business objectives.
