We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to join the Creative Content team to bring our brand to life through dynamic animation, video, and design. This role blends craft, concept, and speed-balancing strong aesthetics with a deep understanding of performance-driven content. You will create best-in-class motion work that elevates our visual language across brand, editorial, and social channels.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and hands-on-equally comfortable concepting storyboards, designing frames, and executing final animation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects at once, and are energized by experimenting with new formats and trends.

Key job responsibilities

• \\tCreate visually engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content across brand, social, editorial, and performance channels

• \\tConcept, storyboard, design, and animate projects that align with brand guidelines and business objectives

• \\tCollaborate closely with creative directors, designers, producers, and marketers to define goals and deliver innovative solutions

• \\tEdit and animate using After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite tools

• \\tIncorporate typography, visual effects, color grading, sound design, and finishing techniques to elevate storytelling

• \\tAdapt and optimize assets across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platforms

• \\tWork with existing footage and imagery to create reactive or quick-turn content; capture original footage when needed

• \\tResearch and apply social and industry trends to ensure work feels fresh, modern, and culturally relevant

• \\tManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high bar for quality

• \\tIncorporate stakeholder feedback and performance insights to continuously improve creative output

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of design experience

- Have an available online portfolio

- Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns

- Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices

- Experience in a creative role understanding consumer trends and creating content

- Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks

- Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D tools

- Strong understanding of social-first and performance-driven creative

- Experience shooting or capturing original content

- Curiosity for emerging trends, tools, and storytelling formats

- High attention to detail and a consistently elevated aesthetic bar

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices

- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences
