A key aspect of the position is the ability to foster belonging, community, and personal well-being, as well as to support the development of self-efficacy, identity, and leadership among students.

Applicants for the Assistant Dean and Director of Housing Operations position at the company should hold a master's degree in a relevant field and have 5-10 years' leadership experience in residential life, housing operations, or related student affairs administrative positions. The role requires a deep understanding of student development theory, cultural identity development, and the ability to manage a residential program that meets the needs of a diverse student population.
