About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing the company's strategic sales vision, including forecasting, budgeting, and multi-year planning. This role involves the development and refinement of scalable sales processes, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and pipeline management best practices. Building strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners in industrial, construction, and heavy machinery sectors is also a key focus. The VP of Sales will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations leadership to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and customer needs.
The ideal candidate for the VP of Sales position at the company will have a minimum of 7 years' of management experience and must come from an industrial, engineering, construction, heavy equipment manufacturing, or a similar industry. The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the industrial and construction sectors. The candidate should be adept at leading and developing sales teams, as well as building and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships. A background in setting and executing sales strategies, and experience in aligning sales efforts with product and engineering teams, is essential.
