About the Role
The Company is seeking an Interim Director of Imaging to provide strategic and operational leadership across its imaging departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing imaging services, managing staffing and resource utilization, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working to improve the patient experience. This role also involves close collaboration with physicians and providers to reduce delays and addressing operational challenges across various imaging modalities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in imaging leadership, be highly organized, patient-focused, and possess excellent communication skills.
Applicants for the Interim Director of Imaging position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), active state licensure, and relevant imaging certification. A minimum of five years' progressive imaging leadership experience, particularly in multi-site operations and physician collaboration, is required. The role demands a candidate with the ability to optimize workflows, support staff development, and foster strong communication with both providers and patients. The Interim Director of Imaging will be expected to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance and should be prepared to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the organization.
