This is a Remote Position .
Contract Duration : 12 months Due Date of Responses: 10/22/2024 at noon Work Location/Type: This person will work in a hybrid model, 1-2 days on site and 3-4 days remote. Office location is downtown St. Paul, Minnesota.
Education: B.S. or B.A. Degree with 5 years of experience, or Associate degree with 7 years experience, or 10 years of relevant experience
Certification :Degree program or relevant certification dependent on role
Years of experience : Five years of experience in a desktop Specialist role
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven background in working with endpoint management software Experience with Intune, AirWatch and like endpoint management solutions Demonstrated knowledge of working with endpoint solutions :5+ years working with endpoints Advanced knowledge working with Microsoft and Android endpoint device operating systems : Certificate and 5+ years working with Endpoints Mobile device management : Experience with mobile devices including iPhone, iPad, Android tablets and like devices for security, patching, and remote device management Communications Requirements: Ability to interact with all endpoint technologists in the organization. Must have the ability to assess, plan and implement a technical solution and share the plan with management Work Environment: Working independently and/or in a team environment may be required for some engagements. Hybrid telework/on site office environment.
