Job Title: CRM Data Developer/Analyst
Location: Dallas OR Chicago - onsite Tue, Wed, thu
Must Have:
5+ years of experience in data migration analysis/development, with at least 3 years focused on data migration projects, experience with Dynamics and preferrable from Salesforce to Dynamics (60% development and 40% analyst)
Strong experience with SQL Server Integration Services or any other tools (KingswaySoft Preferred) Experience with platforms: Salesforce, Kantata (Mavenlink), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Proficiency in SQL and data extraction principles. Demonstrated success in complex enterprise system migrations, preferably involving CRM or PSA platforms Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation. Exceptional coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across internal teams and third-party vendors. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and diplomacy.
