Factory Receiving Specialist - Coordinate High-Quality Modular Home Material Logistics

You will serve as the essential link in our off-site manufacturing process, ensuring every component of a custom stick-built modular home is accounted for and ready for production. This role offers the chance to manage critical inventory for a company with a forty-year legacy of excellence and innovation in the homebuilding industry.
How You Will Make an Impact Verify and process incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure 100% inventory accuracy. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely unload and distribute materials across the factory floor. Maintain the digital Inventory Management System to provide real-time stock transparency for the team. Audit stock levels consistently to proactively alert the Purchasing Manager of low-supply items. Execute high-safety standards by organizing the receiving dock and disposing of hazardous packing debris. Document and report all shipping discrepancies or damaged goods to protect company assets and quality. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven track record of reliability, timeliness, and professional accountability in a fast-paced environment. Functional computer literacy and experience utilizing MS Office and digital scanning equipment. Ability to work independently and carry out complex assignments within prescribed routines. Physical capacity to stand, walk, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple logistical tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Possession of a valid Forklift Certification. Previous experience within the construction or modular homebuilding industry. High School Diploma or Equivalent technical training. Advanced proficiency in professional inventory management software systems.
