Role Overview
The Regional Director is responsible for driving consistent performance across assigned locations, supporting local leadership, and ensuring alignment with company strategy, standards, and operational goals. This role serves as a key link between executive leadership and field operations. What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee performance across multiple locations, teams, or business units Lead, support, and coach site-level or regional leadership teams Ensure consistent execution of operational processes, standards, and initiatives Monitor regional KPIs and implement performance improvement plans Partner with senior leadership on regional growth strategy and planning Identify trends, risks, and operational opportunities within the region Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives Background & Experience
Experience managing multiple teams, locations, or territories Strong leadership and operational oversight capabilities Proven ability to coach, influence, and develop leaders Comfortable working autonomously with regional accountability Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Who This Role Is Often Right For
