You will serve as the primary bridge between our local master craftsmen and the elite builders, architects, and designers shaping Middle Tennessee’s finest homes. This is a high-impact role where you move beyond retail sales to become a trusted, long-term consultant for industry professionals. How You Will Make an Impact
Cultivate and maintain enduring professional relationships with custom home builders, architects, and interior designers. Consult on complex architectural plans to develop sophisticated cabinetry concepts, materials, and finish options. Translate client visions into actionable project specifications that align with shop capabilities and timelines. Present detailed cabinetry proposals and guide project stakeholders through the selection and approval process. Coordinate seamlessly with the production team to ensure every custom build moves smoothly from design to final order. Represent the brand within the local building community to reinforce our reputation for exceptional craftsmanship. Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in relationship management or sales within the custom construction or luxury design industry. Strong construction literacy with the ability to accurately read and interpret detailed architectural drawings. Demonstrated ability to manage long-term professional partnerships rather than one-off retail transactions. Excellent professional communication skills suitable for interacting with high-end builders and homeowners. Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Direct experience in custom cabinet sales, kitchen design, or architectural drafting. Background in luxury construction product sales or custom home remodeling. Existing network of builders and design professionals within the Middle Tennessee region. Competitive base salary with a commission structure designed for high-growth potential.
