Camp Lake Hubert is seeking a Division Director to join our summer leadership team. Division Directors oversee the camper experience for specific age groups, supporting counselors and ensuring campers have a safe, positive, and meaningful summer.
Preferred Start Date:
May 15 Compensation: $1,800 per month
Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor counselors within the division
Monitor camper wellbeing and support cabin groups
Help mediate camper or counselor conflicts when needed
Ensure camp rules, policies, and expectations are followed
Assist with division programming and camper communication (CLs)
Check in regularly with staff and provide guidance throughout the summer
Complete required administrative tasks and communicate with camp leadership
Qualifications
Previous summer camp experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to mentor and support staffStrong organization and time management skills
Interest in youth development, leadership, or camp management
