Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options. Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Work closely with the finance, service, and management teams to ensure a smooth transaction process. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and goals. Stay knowledgeable about current automotive trends, new products, and competitive vehicles. Requirements
Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service position preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Benefits
